2. Eligibility

Our services are specifically designed for registered schools located within the Gauteng province of South Africa. We reserve the right to decline registration or cancel orders from entities that do not meet these criteria.

3. Ordering and Purchasing

• All orders must be placed through our online platform or via our official quotation system.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, although we will honor the price presented on an accepted, valid quotation.
• Payment must be secured via EFT or our secure Card gateway before fulfillment begins.

4. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Gauteng using either our own fleet or verified courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation once the order has been processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Class Crate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
